HBO screened four segments from their news and information show Vice on Tuesday, August 5th, 2014. I think that the show brings to the audience aspects of situations everyday people don't get to see or hear about of occurances & concerns around the world and in our very own backyard. Some segments seem to take the news team of cast & crew to dangerous places. They present what is happening with respect and a human touch.
Vice is nominated for three Emmys. The production team was at the Cinefamily Silent movie theatre in Hollywood for the screening. Team members-cinematagropher Jake Burghart & his fellow director of photography Jerry Ricciotti was there along with Chris, executive producer BJ Levin and more.

This was a great opportunity for those of us who hadn't seen the show to view it. And am glad that I attended. The camera work, overall presentation & the production value is amazing. The impact of the content of the show on the mind was in depth and gives the viewers a chance to identify with people who are facing difficult situations. In admiration with seeing the show for the first time, I later tweeted:
