Ray Harryhausen Memorial

On Sat. July 27th, 2013, Los Angeles Science Fantasy Society held a Memorial Celebration in honor of special effect legend Ray Harryhausen. Society members and friend talked about anecdotes about Mr. Harryhausen and what he meant to them.

It was interesting to find out more about his work.

Gonzo

attended a fun humor filled show at Hayworth Theatre called 

Gonzo with talented performers that kept the audience in laughter.
i didn't know what to expect, and thought it would be a sketch show but
it was a mixture of sketch and stand up where even the lighting girl got in the act and they had a live music maker. It was fun and i don't think I will listen to the song waterfall or im so excited without recalling Dave & Sofiya's story of their shenanigans. I think that the Patrick Walsh's comments on Time Warner cable on Wed. was what led to the major changes news in Time Warner company on Thursday.
